I guess it could be a rounding error, but with the values in tenths, that seems unlikely. thanksThe Wizardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06498063512838483016noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-38600807.post-61176480563547478542013-11-06T14:34:17.773-05:002013-11-06T14:34:17.773-05:00I just wanted to note that the Beatgraph rankings,...I just wanted to note that the Beatgraph rankings, which look at wins and losses ONLY and form a directed graph based on that, also has Cincy as the #1 team:

http://beatgraphs.com/graphs.php?league=NFL&method=I

It seems remarkable that two completely different methods of ranking teams can come up with the same counter-intuitive answer for which team is on top.Tarrhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14368810359650066790noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-38600807.post-38137901574447042232013-11-06T12:41:17.548-05:002013-11-06T12:41:17.548-05:00What's up with the opponent GWP? They are 25th in defensive YPA, and significantly above average in D run SR, also in interception rate. I realize their strength of schedule is very easy, but I thought the offense and defense rankings were before the SOS adjustment, correct? Why are they still so low?Andyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13033784825091918451noreply@blogger.com
