This week's post at the Washington Post's Redskins Insider examined the epically bad decision to pull Donovan McNabb in favor of Rex Grossman in the final 2 minutes of last Sunday's game against the Lions. Was it a vindictive over-reaction by an arrogant head coach, or was it just a spiteful hasty judgment of an egotistical head coach? -Was the game already lost, or did the Redskins still have a solid chance to win?-How have McNabb and Grossman performed in the the final 2 minutes with games on the line?
-Did it even matter, considering how poorly the offensive line is playing?
-With the Redskins headed into their bye, will that give them any boost in their following game against Philadelphia?
-And lastly, why is Mike Shanahan so tan all year long? (Just kidding about that one. But seriously, what's the deal with that?)
Brian, can you post the 2 minute numbers for other QB's in the league? That would make a great post. Plus, how well does peyton manning do in that category. I assume that he has to be the leader in it.
