    Well done, as always. I also like (in an entirely different sense) one of the Times' "Featured Comments", which is from a different article but shows up next to yours in a sidebar:

    Giants are averaging 30 points the last two games, and 26 points for the season. What makes you think Falcons hold them to 21? I like the Giants in this game.

    Yeah, well, the Falcons averaged 30.5 points in their last two games, and narrowly outscored the Giants over the whole season, and allowed an average of only 15.8 points in games played in outdoor stadiums against teams not from the NFC North or West, and...alright, I'll stop there. Faulty use of statistics on the Internet is hardly uncommon, of course, but I think this stood out to me because of the added element of disdain for the writer for overlooking the commenter's selectively-chosen set of data. "You obtuse hack! You've failed to consider the Giants' average point total over the precise number of games that maximizes that average!"
