I think there is a lot of truth in what Parcells said -- but one must know how to read the record, understand what it really says.
actually, records are everything. that is the bottom line.
the superbowl champ isn't the team with the most passing plays or the most go-for-4th-downs, it is the team with the most appropriate score differential.
